Tangerang, June 5, 2025 – In order to commemorate the celebration of Eid al-Adha 1446 H / 2025 M, PT Angkasa Pura Indonesia Soekarno-Hatta International Airport Branch Office is once again distributing sacrificial animals to the surrounding community through the Social and Environmental Responsibility program (TJSL). This activity is a tangible expression of the company’s concern for the environment around the airport operations area. This year, a total of 17 cows and 15 goats were distributed as sacrificial animals. Each village and sub-district around the airport received one cow each, as an effort to ensure that the benefits of the sacrifice can be received directly, fairly, and equally in each area. Meanwhile, goat aid is distributed to several other points including foundations, to support the activities of communal sacrificial slaughtering with the community. Sacrificial animals have been distributed today to residents in Rawa Rengas Village, Rawa Burung Village, Bojong Renged Village, Jati Mulya Village, Dadap Subdistrict, Benda Subdistrict, Jurumudi Subdistrict, Pajang Subdistrict, Belendung Subdistrict, Neglasari Subdistrict, Selapajang Jaya Subdistrict, and Kedaung Wetan Subdistrict.
In addition to the community, assistance is also provided to Bayt El Samaa Foundation Masjid Nurul Barkah to support the activities of sacrificial slaughtering and the distribution of meat to those in need. The General Manager of PT Angkasa Pura Indonesia Soekarno-Hatta International Airport Branch Office, Dwi Ananda Wicaksana, emphasized the company's commitment to fulfilling its social responsibility through this year's sacrificial program, stating, 'This aid is part of our ongoing contribution to the communities around the airport. Furthermore, Dwi explained that the distribution of sacrificial animals is part of the TJSL program that is carried out continuously. "Every year we strive for this activity to not only become a routine but also to create a positive impact and strengthen the bonds of togetherness between the airport and the community," concluded Dwi. The distribution of sacrificial animals is part of the routine agenda of Soekarno-Hatta Airport every Eid al-Adha. Through this program, the company continues to strengthen its social role as an entity that is always present and contributes to the lives of the surrounding community.
