There is an autogate route available with the following provisions:

• Categories That Can Use Auto Gate

1. Indonesian Citizen (WNI): Indonesian citizens who have a valid e-Passport.
2. Foreign Citizens (WNA): Foreign citizens who have a visa on arrival (VOA) or electronic visa (e-Visa).

• Requirements for Using Auto Gate

1. Airline Ticket: Valid airline ticket.
2. E-Passport: Valid electronic passport.
3. Biometric Data: Pre-recorded biometric data.
4. Visa: Valid visa (for foreign nationals).

• Categories That Cannot Use Auto Gate

1. Foreigners without Visa: Foreigners who do not have a valid visa.
2. Indonesian citizens without E-Passport: Indonesian citizens who do not have an e-Passport.
3. Minors: Minors who do not have an e-Passport or biometric data.
4. Passengers who require assistance: Passengers who require assistance for health or other reasons.

After the immigration process, continue the journey to the baggage conveyor area to collect your baggage and continue with the customs process.
